Home Design Individual Engineering changed a conventional, mid twentieth-century Rotterdam penthouse into a contemporary condo — complete with a health spa and housetop deck for enthralling. 

The fundamental living space and two of the rooms are situated on the second level of the building. Living and feasting zones are partitioned by dividers with coordinated stockpiling units. Home Design The cutting edge update of this private Victorian Porch habitation in London by Daniele Petteno Engineering Workshop weds components of the memorable building — windows, roof cornices, entryways and architraves — with the spotless lines and basic states of contemporary configuration. 

The flat possesses the upper stories in the building and faces an open street on one side and an excellent private shared greenhouse on the other. Enlivened by this duality, the architect imagined an open design that step by step opens from the passageway level towards the mezzanine and second levels.

The passageway level obliges three rooms, a study and two bathrooms. Six openings in the twofold pitch rooftop gives perspectives of the encompassing London housetops and considers huge amounts of common light into the family room, lounge area and kitchen.
